Novavalor System (Recycled Garbage System 2, S.L. - RGS2), founded in 2013 and based in Alcazar de San Juan, Spain, operates a proprietary, modular pyrolysis technology for end-of-life tyres (TRL 9), in continuous industrial operation since 2023. We recover nearly 100% of each tyre as recovered carbon black (rCB), pyrolysis oil (TPO) and steel, certified ISCC EU, ISCC PLUS, REACH and ISO 9001/14001, and already supply industrial clients such as Repsol and Gunvor. We are seeking international partners for technology licensing, joint ventures, or outright sale of the technology.
